Poor Service
<p>Good Day </p> <p>I have logged a complaint on the 12 May 2016 on hellopeter.com. The response was that someone would contact me , reference number SM232645. To date no has contacted me. I have gone into the closet store and theyhave said that this is a landline phone with a cell number , that is not what i wanted , i needed a landline with a landline number. Anyway i asked them to cancel this for me. They logged the case on the 13 May 2016 , case number :***3. I was told that response time takes 48 hours. Guess what its a week and i have still not received a reply. Kindly advise when this will get sorted out? </p>
