Poor service

I had a really horrible experience at the Telkom in Alberton City. The sales lady by the name of Tendai, gave me the run around when it came to getting my phone and she sent me a different telkom to collect my phone because she didn't know when the stock will be in and on top of that my Sim card is still not activated. I find this very poor service and trying to make a quick sale
