Poor service

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to move my line to my new house.i have phoned multiple times and no one was able to help me i have done the online request 3 times to move my line and absolutely no one has gotten back to me i am really disappointed in there service .i must pay for something that i cant even use at this point
