Poor service

I would like to lay complaint about the poor service that I'm getting at telkom as the customer.

I had ADSL due to ****** cables in Mannenberg telkom said they are canceling the Adsl they will be using wireless phones or internet.

Since August 2019 I have been talking to 3 different consultants about moving to LTE. I spoke Siyabonga who promised to deliver the order in a weeks time.

I then spoke with Zanele to follow up about the order she said the device was delivered and yet I never received any device from Telkom.

Today I spoke with Debbie and she said my order was closed, my question is why would they close the order and yet the service was not rendered. She gave me another order no of ***0.

Iam really not happy about this service that Iam paying for. If I am not getting this device on Tuesday as per Debbie's promise I will have to execute to else where.

Iam really not happy at all. Till today I did not receive the device that they promised to deliver on Monday 06 January 2020.
