POOR SERVICE

I am so disgusted with the service of telkom,as they do not have any regard for faults that has been reported. I have an adsl line with them and use it for streaming only. I reported the line faulty a week ago but still I do not have any service but my debit order with them goes religiously every month.I am so fed up with their after sales support who tells me that they cannot escalate the matter and that I will just have to wait!! I've been waiting for a week already!!! Telkom YOU ARE POOR AT YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!
