Poor service

My husband and I have been fighting a loosing battle with telkom for months now. We ordered a cellphone online which was delivered, we then see that for R50 more we can get the watch as well so we called in order to recieve the watch as well and was promised that the watch would be delivered Within a week. The watch still hasn't arrived, we get transferred from agent to agent with numerous escalations and reference numbers but no help.
