Poor service

Telkom's service is pathetic and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Telkom services.I have been requesting a paid up letter from them since the account I had with them was cancelled and I had to pay.Some of the consultants sound as if they're unsure of their job description and one of them is Nomzamo.Today I called more than 5 times as I was following up on the paid up letter,to an extent that I was referred to VVM collection department . Unfortunately VVM could not help as well,was sent back to Telkom.I am using my airtime for nothing and my time is being wasted,I'm really frustrated because that debt is affecting my credit rating, hence I need that paid up letter.I won't rest until I get what is due to me.Pathetic service!
