Poor service
I took a 24 month LTE data contract for R699 from Telkom beginning of this month and when I connected the router I was unable to get proper network even though prior to buying the contract I had it checked and was advised I can pick up 3g in my area. On the 9th I called Telkom customer care to advise them of my challenge and was promised that it would be sorted in 72hrs. It has now been almost 2 weeks and all I keep getting from Telkom customer care is promises that my issue is being attended to but when I inquire by who or by when will it be resolved, I can get that information.<br> <br> Last week I spoke to Mogadi Tlhotse and Tumelo Ramavhuya they promised to get back to me by Monday but unfortunately they didn't even after I mailed Mogadi to request feedback. I'm now stuck with a LTE router that can't properly connect to the network \Takes about 5mins to open a page\" and I'll be expected to make payment month end!!!!"

Its been three months now and my problem hasn't been resolved and Telkom expect me to pay for a service that is not working! I cancelled this service more than a month ago and was given a case number ***2, promised that someone would contact me within 21 days prior to cancelling it but till today no one has called but one thing I keep getting is their billing asking me to pay for something they failed to fix!!!!
Telkom is trying to **** me and unfortunately they've messed witht he wrong person because I'm not gonna pay for a service I didn't get and I'm willing to take this up with any authority.
