POOR SERVICE

I lost my phone on the 1st of July and reported it and blocked on the 3rd of July with ITC reference ***7, but still received a notification that my phone was on and someone was using my cell phone. when i called Cell c customer care the lady was unbale to assist me stating that people can still use the phone even they blocked it..I was so shocked and requested to speak to a Team leader and she lies saying that the Team Leader was busy...Till now waiting for the call from them for clarification.
