Poor service

I made a manual payment last month and this month I left money in my account for it to be debited but no debit and I called Monday for arrangements and even called yesterday but no debit is going through called again today and it’s a different story ,telkom consultants don’t know their job and their service is **** ,I just can’t wait to end my contract with Telkom because it’s **** .
