POOR SERVICE
Went in there yesterday to do a simple swap for my router. Agent advice it was done. Called the call centre she advised it was never done. Agent said she will call back in a few minutes still waiting. <br> <br> Customers services make your good products look bad.<br> <br> Can I get a call back.
