poor service
I have cancelled my landline with a person over the phone ages ago, i was called by a consultant telling me i was in arrears and i had advised o cancelled so i was told to send my ID and send a cancellation note to which i have done 3 times and now i see i have a default, which i do not understand why this cancellation was not done!
