Poor Service.

I was calling Telkom earlier today the waiting period was 20minets, I end up at the 3rd consultant. And I'm still not happy, Telkom service is the worst. I thought mtn was bad but Telkom is the worst, seems like some of their consultants are just working but they do not know their job description.
