poor service

Telkom is a very useless network ever in the world and i regret having contract them since first day i took my contract with them i always struggle to get help .i recently find out that they have not updated my credit history payment since march and that has affected my score very bad and i went to the branch harrison and i contacted call center and still today no 1 has ever get back to me and assisted me .very poor service they offering to their customer .
