Poor service

Telkom mobile number. 081180 worse selfsevice. It doesnt have an option to speak to an agent. I got hold of a lady by the name: Courtney on the online chart platform. She gave me a link for my query and i told her it doesnt work/ not user friendly. She then asked for my cell number to call and explain. She also failed to explain how to get hold of an agent...she said i should call 081180 which doesnt have an option to talk to.an agent. She cldnt even give me an option from 081180 making me as if im stupit.

Telkom this is bad. I miss Vodacom now
