Poor Service

Telkom has the worst service. For the past two weeks in my Area in Avoca Hills and Kwa Mashu we have no internet service everyday from 16:00 till about 23:00. This past Sunday we had not internet from 08:30 until 23:00. Yet I'm paying for WIFI. Their call centres are of no use, I've called in several times to have the issue resolved and they have changed my phone and WIFI settings, but still the same problem persists.
