Poor Service

I called in at 7:45am 21.05.2019 and spoke to Nontokozo Ngcobo, asked to speak to a teamleader/manager she agreed and placed me on hold for 1Hour:22 minutes then hung up on me. Telkom is rendering the worst service because they are habouring *********** staff. I would never call and ask for a manager unless I require urgent assistance after being send from pillar to post. I would never refer Telkom to ANYONE and everyone I know is porting out due to this sickening service we getting . ********** & **********
