POOR SERVICE

I went to purchase a phone on contract from Telkom the grove and had the most disgusting and poor service from the lady. I got so frustrated and she kept mocking me by laughing, she spoke to the rest of the staff in ixhosa assuming I don't understand, I was ready to leave Vodacom to Telkom but NEVER!!!
