Poor service

For over a month I have been experiencing stability issues with my adsl line. I have reported this to Telkom over the course of the past 3-4 weeks & stated I am only available on weekends or after 6pm on weekdays. After making this clear, I still get technicians calling me during office hours asking if I am available & on weekends not a single technician checks in. It seems as if Telkom does the exact opposite of what is asked. On Friday I contacted the call center to check if a technician will be coming over the weekend & was told my query has been resolved?? I expect to be refunded for the month of April as I could not use my services due to Telkom not being able to attend to my query a times I was available.

I would not recommend Telkom to anyone.
