Poor service

Two complains with Telkom. Firstly I havent received my airtime which i purchased on the 6 February 2019. Then Last month I received a wireless phone from Telkom. It worked for 2 weeks now since last week the phone doesn't want to turn on. I tried contacting Telkom but nobody is willing to help me. I sent couple of emails but nobody answers. I went on the Telkom site to chat to a agent, but the agent just ends the session without answering my questions! Really upset with Telkom's poor service!
