Poor service

Still waiting for Telkom to contact me for my line installation after i rep**** yes to their confirmation message. Now its the end of the month and i have been sitting without internet for a whole month. And they are going to expect me to pay with no services rendered to me for the month. What kind i tell you. Very poor service
