Poor service.

Hi. I have requeated for wi-fi to be installed at home from telkom. The agent told me that it would take up to 3 weeks for installation. Eventually it is been done after 2 months. Now i am having trouble obtaining my password to use the wi-fi. The technician who installed the line and router told me that as soon as the installation is finished i will receive an sms from telkom with the password. It is now almost 2 weeks since installation. However i try to get hold of telkom to obtain my password, there is just no answer or they just have excuses. Would you please be so kind as to solve the problem. There service is pathetic.
