Poor service

I have a contract with you guys and its up for a renewal. However Direct debit was missed due to no funds in the account so i went to telkom store they directed me to pep what the hell is wrong how do hell render a service when you cant pay nothing at the store.... Also called the call center no issues they said they got my payment however R200 will be added next month for the late payment what **** is this knowing that my contract as ended and its up for a renewal.... Catch a wake up dont rob people
