Poor service!

I have never seen a poor service provider like Telkom mobile. This service provider loses coverage more frequently than they provide service to the customers. Just now I'm trying to make an urgent call. I can't cause their voice prompt says my balance is insufficient! How much is it to make a call on this poor network? I have a balance of R8. 31. Someone could die while they have airtime. Because of a poor service provided to the public. I'm done with them!
