poor service

I DROVE to telkom Nicolway Bryanston to apply for a laptop contract and i was told they do not have stock i must go to westgate. i DROVE to westgate, they told me they have no stock and after giving them my confidential documents, they said they will call me today to do verification but i have not received their call. They do not even answer their landline. This is after i had to first deal with their attitudes and only after that they became helpful. <br> <br> My worry now is the kind of service i am going t recieve once i become their client. If they say my application was unsuccesful why dont they get back to me. The lady promised to call me. she assured me she will call.<br> <br> I might not have her name but there are only 3 people there, 2 ladies and a guy who seems to be the manager.<br> <br> This is not right.
