Poor service

I placed an order for a laptop on the 18 Oct 2018 and 02 Nov 2018 R369.00 was deducted from my account. On the 8 Nov 2018 an order was placed with the order number ********** 73A but till today the order haven't been delivered. I need the laptop for my studies. Please help...
