Poor service

I went to apply for the March big deal at Telkom, its been 2 weeks of waiting and visiting the Bayside mall store everyday and standing in ques for 2 hours but still there is no feedback. I have seen 4 different guys now but still nothing positive came through. They send through my application most of the times with no supporting documents and the vetting department turned it down. Now I have a new case number ***8, this has been open since last week and no feedback at all, no-one cares. I still hope someone will help me, as to when that will be, I have no idea
