Poor Service

I have never had any service or product from Telkom, I was a victim of *****. I called them to clear my name. Up to this point no assistance from them after I have submitted everything they wanted. They just keep debiting my account. I sent e-mails to Noxolo Sibanyoni , she promised this will be sorted since april 2018 .
