Poor Service

I'm so irate with the service I'm getting from Telkom Mobile, I paid my account on the 25th of Oct and I was told my account will be unlock after 24hrs and the became 48hrs and the 48hrs became 72hrs and one consultant also said 10 days, to date I still don't have a phone, this is acceptable from a company thats big as Telkom.
