Poor service

I bought R505 worth of data this morning and have not received it 6 hours later. Tried phoning Telkom mobile or 8ta and have to wait for an agent for long periods with still no answer on the other end.

I subsequently bought 100mb which I got instantly but still awaiting my 10gig of data.
