Poor service

My brother and i had experienced poor service from Telkom shop at Eastgate Mall, ordered a laptop and they promised to call us when it was available which they did we agreed to come collect the same day before they close we got there only to be told they sold it to someone else few minutes ago. Again they promised to call us back when the other stock arrives we are still waiting.
