Poor service

I ordered a phone about two weeks ago and I still haven't received my package. I got debited before anything else and then I received a reference number afterwards and an sms saying that an agent with contact me within 48hours for delivery. I still havent recieved a call till today, I tried to contact the sales department and I was on hold for almost 20mins before I could speak to someone. Just when I thought I'd get assistance, my call got cut and no one bothered to call me back as I had provided all my details. I am not happy with the service I am recieving from Telkom!
