Poor service

I had a telkom line which has being cancelled the 15.12.2017 because we moved from Bloemfontein to Paarl. I went to their offices and filled in the form. Now all of a sudden they hand me over with a acc of more than R4000.00 My acc was never over R700.00 per month and has being paid monthly. They said this acc is from Sept 2017 which is not true if you dont pay your acc it will be suspended. They never send me a acc. This is not acceptable.
