POOR SERVICE
I am so annoyed and upset with the poor service I am receiving from Telkom. My business landline and adsl line has been down since thursday. I have logged the fault and the only feedback I am getting is my fault is at the testing centre and they are awaiting feedback. I am losing out on business as my point of sale is not working and customers are walking out. I have made numerous follow up calls and still not received any joy. The technical call centre staff are useless as they have a scrip that they are trained to use and cannot provide any constructive feedback, they all say the same, " Please can I have your number and I will get someone to call you". Guess what, No one calls you. I am not holding my breath for anyone to call me!
