Poor service
Not much to complain about Telkom service as it seems to be non existing at Cape Gate Telkom shop. We have been struggling with our 20mb fibre since day one. After numerous attempts trying to rectify payments all we get is shrugs, there is a system error. We basically getting Fibre for free every month so why am I even bothered trying to pay you people.
