Poor Service
I've been trying to cancel my account and get my deposit + credits refunded for the past 3 months, only to be sent from pillar to post with all kinds of poor excused why they can't process the refund.
Spoke to David Stellenberg apparently a manager who said he would investigate my dispute who has now just dropped off the face of the earth.
