Poor service
Its been now more than a week ago that i paid my R 700 deposit for my installation.After posting on hello peter i was contacted and promised a call for an appointment for the install. Guess what.Im still waiting.This after reading how telkom CEO receive R8 mill in salary..R7.5mill in short term incentive..R11.5mill in long term incentive.Why is he receiving these huge incentives if he is clearly failing the public.He clearly dont deserve his incentives.This is ridiculous.I am at a loss for words.I called sales dept..holding on for 11min with nobody answering.I put down,called again and pressed the new sales option.Call answered within 1 minute.How nice...you quick to respond to new sales but people waiting for their orders must wait on the line forever. I really wish for telkom to get some serious competition.This being a one man show is clearly making them believe they untouchable.People like Patrice and others should seriously think of investing in a telkom like business to wipe them out..Im sure even an overseas investor will do the trick....This has been going in far too long

Again last night I received a sms to say I must pay R 700 for installation to take place.Really I have been over this like forerever and I am getting more angrier and angrier by the day. A simple thing I want done,telkom can not do. I just want my ADSL UNCAPPED TO BE INSTALLED WHICH I PAID FOR. No brain teaser at all...Come on now man.
