Poor service

Good day

I ordered a wifi router online with Telkom and before doing so I checked for coverage in my area and was advised that the one I wanted, there's not coverage for that but easily offered another deal where I was told for this device and package there is coverage in my area but to myself surprise there is none! I contacted telkom and was being told to call all these different numbers to get assistance and still non. I do not want to be billed for some person mistake who clearly just wanted a damn sale. I call all these numbers and nobody is able to help me. I'm hoping this would get their attention . they were supposed to pick the device up but they still haven't and when I called yesterday I was told that this was never canceled . I need help urgently pls
