Poor service

I have been experiencing on going internet issues with my Telkom DSL uncapped internet. When I called to log a fault, I was told that a technician would be sent to resolve the problem, the technician did come, however the problem remained unresolved. I logged the fault again but nothing was done. A week later, my home telephone line stops working and there is still no internet at this point. I visited a Telkom store to try and resolve the issue where I was asked to call the help line 10210 to log the fault. The agent assisted me and then informed me that the cables had been ****** and since it is an on going issue, they have decided not to replace the cables and someone from Telkom would be in touch to offer alternative internet packages. We were not informed that this the cables were ****** and they had made this decision to not replace them, no-one has contacted me to inform me of the situation and to try and resolve the problem. We also visited a Telkom store to create a dispute on the account as we are not willing to pay for services that we have not received for over a month, the employee at the store was very rude and was not willing to assist us. This is absolutely pathetic service and I will not recommend Telkom to anyone. I am currently looking at alternative internet service providers as Telkom is not willing to help and assist their customers.
