Poor Service

I went to telkom in Hillcrest to cancel my contract on th the 2nd of March 2018. Was advised that its only takes 21 days they also told me that they will phone me shortly to provide me with a referrence number which never happened no one contacted me neither i was given the confirmation of the email that was sent. When i phoned their call center on the 17 April 2018 was told that there is no record of my cancellation letter and they are going to bill for R99 for not cancelling . I took my time again and went back to their telkom shop in Hillcrest was told that they can not send it without the copy of my ID told the agent to search for that email that she re-sent on the 2 March 2018 she could not find the email. Since im on maternity leave i sent my sister to give them the same cancelation letter with the copy of my ID. She was not give a confirmation of email or the case number. She was only told that the contract will be cancel in May. I need my contract to be cancel with immediate effect and i can not be going up and down for something so simple
