Poor service
Had very bad service router not even 2 months old and broken. Doesnt want to repair its i have to buy a new one

Telkom modems are covered by a 12-month carry-in guarantee. The warranty does not include surge or lightning damage.
Please take the proof of purchase with you to the store and kindly escalate with the store manager.
