Poor service

Hey. With TelkomMobile i wave been struggling to get feedback from my case ( ********** 9) case number. I wave personally phoned them numerous times. I can’t get feedback every time i phone they say i will get an email. I never do and i have to correct my email every time and still no emails. I asked to speak to the manager that was working on the shift the manager was busy with another client so i asked if he/she can call me back so taht i can get feedback and i am still waiting. I have a problem from Feb 2018 and is still not helped. Every time i call 081180 i carry the chargers and it is never under 10min. I wiat approximately 20 - 25min and then a operator answers and the conversation last approximately 4-5 min. I would like to get all my questions answered for.
