poor service

am very much disappointed with the service firstly from Sindiswa and the other agents that have called me today, for the past 18 months telkom has billed me incorrectly and each month i have to call in and have this fixed until april when i called in to fix this billing issue and have the contract cancelled, to my surprise this was not done and i just got a statement stating that i have this huge bill and when i call in to have this fixed they just hang up. what kind of the business are you guys running
