Poor service

I submitted a request on the Telkom website that they call me regarding the installation of internet at my home. They called me the next day, which is why I gave them a two star rating. The consultant on the phone was very helpful and she sold me an excellent package. Uncapped internet and home telephone at 4mbps for R599 per month including installation. She said that I would be sms'ed within the next 48 hours and contacted by a technician. But alas, it has been a week now and there has been no further contact made. Absolutely ridiculous. All I want is internet.
