Poor service

Telkom has the worst service thus far. We use Telkom as our servise provider regarding internet and landline phones. Since November 2017 our internet has been giving us problems whereby there is no internet at all and if we get it, it is very slow. till today we still have the same problem. Logged the faults and forever calling but to no avail, the matter is forver escalated but nothing comes out of it. We finally switched our internet and there are no problems. For the past 3 weeks we have not had working lines, meaning no calls coming in or going out. The faults were logged in but to no AVAIL. Sending emails to them doesn't even help
