Poor service

We took out an LTE data package and because we were moving checked the data coverage for both the existing location and the one we were moving to. This was done at Eastgate telkom shop and on the way home we also stopped off at telkom in east rand mall and double checked and they also confirmed it was ok for LTE at both places. HOWEVER there is no LTE at the new address and after a month or two suddenly the map has changed and now shows only 3G at new address. We then requested the service to be cancelled and sent through the relevant form to cancellations. Only to find out that the cancellation was cancelled because they said they could not contact us. How can you just activate a cancellation without our consent. These are the ref numbers ********** 1 , ********** 5 and ********** 0 that has been logged against this account. MJ at eastgate dealt with this matter and confirmed that he did check both addresses otherwise he could not have offered an LTE package. We had a third party company come and do tests at our address and said that a telkom tech would contact us, We really disappointed that at no time were were contacted by a telkom tech to explain anything to us, even though the call center confirmed that someone would make contact within a day or two. We want this matter investigated and want the contract terminated at no charge to us as it was not our fault. I tried the 081180 number numerous times and today and when they eventually answered, I was put on hold then 40 minutes later the call was cut. Please get someone to contact me urgently.
