POOR SERVICE

Hi

I have an account with telkom, I have been asking for assistance regarding the query i have with my monthly statement but no one seems to help. i have spoken to Mildred and asked her to assist me with the query and closure of the account but all she said was I will be charged extra penalties for cancelling the contract before time.

im really not happy and no one from Telkom seem to care.
