POOR SERVICE

I wish to place on record my disappointment for the service received from Telkom i was called & offered a pocket wifi router on the 19 Jan 2018 ,went through the appilcation with the consultant,was read the terms & conditions & was told that my router will be delivered in the next 3/5 working days,i have made numerous calls & even chatted to the Manager,I still didnt get any feedback as my order cannot be found ,its exactly a month now ,and still no feedback i have requested the voice recording ,still no feedback.
