Poor service

We got an account with Telekom the telecommunication provider which we have 3 accounts with them. They have exposed our contact details to Trudon that's milking money out of people. We had subscribed for a yellow R589& white pages R284service .that we cancelled several times 1st time was last year October again this year in February and since then we been canceling month upon getting our Telekom bill we call Telekom who says we should consult Trudon and visa versa play cat and mouse with us. In July they removed the contact which is said to be a 12 months by saying they passed a credit. Telekom has said we must pay them and they will refund us once the contact expires. Ref no. ********** 9, ********** 2(Sibusisiwe 11th,Kabelo12th&Stephanie) Trudon I lost count of times I have called in(Ndaba Nkomo is their customer call center Manager ,Neil Frere, Lee, Niri Cherry spoke to my boss and she clearly says to her she only wanted the white pages subscription R284 March this year. Shrine was the last person I spoke to).And Telekom said to me yesterday day if we don't pay the full amount they will cut our business line off, and they won't help us. Yet they willingly to give us Trudon contact details but not to sort them out we must just pay. Really service delivery in SA you can't trust anyone,anything anymore. Am truly disappointed at Telekom though , day -in & day-out Trudon Robb's people under Telekom's warm wings.
