Poor service

Hi.

Today I went to your Kiosk in Berea Centre in Durban for a SIM swap..only having a sworn affidavit and a proof of address because I was hijacked and all my belongings were taken including the ID card.

Your manager there told me that They can only help me if I have my original ID; I explained the situation to her but she was not interested...

Just now I went to Musgrave also in Durban; they helped me without any hassles.

Can you enlighten me about your SOP's.. do they differ from store to store or it was just that *********** lady?

Please speak to her; she seems not to know her Job
